--หลักการของการใช้เช็คคือ..ผู้ทรงเช็คหรือเจ้าของเช็ค...สามารถสลักหลังหรือโอนต่อเพื่อชำระหนี้ให้บุคคลอื่นๆได้เสมอ เพราะเหตุผลของการใช้เช็คคือต้องการให้เกิดการคล่องตัวในวงการธุรกิจ ทำให้ธุรกิจต่างๆเกิดการหมุนเวียนไปได้โดยไม่มีการสะดุดและไม่ต้องถือเงินสดจำนวนมากๆ.....จุดสำคัญ อยู่ที่ผู้รับเช็คเขาจะยินยอมรับเช็คฉบับนั้นหรือไม่...ถ้าเขายินยอมรับไว้ก็สามารถโอนต่อไปได้โดยไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด และหลักการสำคัญอีกอย่างหนึ่งของการใช้เช็คคือ ความเชื่อถือกัน ถ้าขาดข้อนี้ก็คงทำให้การโอนเช็คมีปัญหาได้ครับ.. -แต่ในทางปฏิบัติมีทรงเช็คมักนำเช็คไปขึ้นเงินกับธนาคารเสมอ เพราะอาจไม่มั่นใจว่าเช็คนั้นๆจะเชื่อถือได้มากน้อยเพียงใด....ซึ่งทำให้การทำธุรกิจมีปัญหาพอสมควร..แต่ธุรกิจใหญ่ๆเขายังนิยมใช้การสลักหลังโอนต่อไปเสมอนะครับ... | |

เช็ค account payee only เป็นความหมายภาษาไทย ว่า เข้าบัญชีผู้รับเงินเท่านั้น ก็คือเข้าบัญชีผู้มีชื่อเป็นผู้รับเงินหน้าเช็คเท่านั้น จะขีดหรือผู้ถือ หรือ ตามคำสั่งออกหรือไม่ ก็ไม่สามารถ โอนสลักหลังให้กันได้ สรุป ก็คือ เข้าบัญชีคนที่ได้รับการสั่งจ่ายตามหน้าเช็คเท่านั้นครับ ในทางปฏิบัติ คุณก็ให้คนที่มีชื่อในเช็คไปเปิดบัญชี แล้วให้เค้ามอบอำนาจให้ไปถอนเงินครับ | |
